Subscription Policy

When you purchase a subscription from Pages After Midnight, you are enrolling in a recurring delivery of a curated book box based on the plan you select (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly). Each box is thoughtfully curated and may vary in theme, books, and included items from cycle to cycle.

Billing & Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout. Customers are billed only when their subscription box ships. The amount charged will be the price displayed at checkout, plus any applicable taxes. Free U.S. shipping is included in the subscription price.

Shipping Schedule

Subscription boxes ship once per cycle, typically during the first week of the month. Orders placed after the 20th of the month will roll into the next subscription cycle. Shipping timelines may vary slightly due to holidays, sourcing delays, or carrier-related issues.

Managing Your Subscription

Subscriptions can be managed at any time through your customer account. Customers may pause a subscription, skip a delivery, update shipping or billing information, or cancel their subscription. All changes must be made prior to the next billing date in order to apply to the upcoming shipment.

Cancellations

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the customer account portal. If a subscription is cancelled after billing but before shipment, the current order will still be fulfilled and the cancellation will apply to future renewals. Once a subscription box has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the curated and mystery nature of subscription boxes, all subscription sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not offered for preference-based dissatisfaction. If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery so we can assist.

Book Replacements

If a customer receives a book they have already read, they may contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. Replacement options may be available at our discretion and are subject to availability.

Product Variations

Box contents, themes, books, and items may vary from month to month. Occasionally, an item may be substituted with one of equal or greater value. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the exact contents of each shipment.
