Subscription Overview

When you purchase a subscription from Pages After Midnight, you are enrolling in a recurring delivery of a curated book box based on your selected plan (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly). Each shipment is uniquely curated and may vary in theme, items, and book selection.

Billing & Renewals

  • Your subscription will automatically renew based on the frequency you select.

  • You will be charged only when your box ships, not at the time of renewal preview.

  • The amount charged will match the price shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes.

  • Free U.S. shipping is included in the subscription price.

Shipping Schedule

  • Subscription boxes ship once per cycle, typically during the first week of the month.

  • Orders placed after the 20th of the month will roll into the next subscription cycle.

  • Shipping timelines may vary slightly due to sourcing, holidays, or carrier delays.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account, including:

  • Pausing a subscription

  • Skipping a delivery

  • Updating your shipping address

  • Updating payment information

  • Cancelling your subscription

Changes must be made before your next billing date to apply to the upcoming shipment.

Cancellations

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account.

  • If a subscription is cancelled after billing but before shipment, the order will be fulfilled as scheduled and the cancellation will apply to future renewals.

  • Once a box has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the curated and mystery nature of our subscription boxes:

  • All subscription sales are final

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges

  • Refunds are not offered for preference-based dissatisfaction

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Book Replacements

If you receive a book you have already read, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We are happy to offer a replacement option when possible, subject to availability.
